After graduating with honours from University of Guelph’s Real Estate and Housing Co-op Program, Evan returned to CBRE’s Land Services Group to his current role as a Sales Representative. Evan strives to find maximum value for his client’s properties through highest and best use analysis, planning policies and up to date market trends. Evan has worked on behalf of private developers, large public institutions and private families and has experience with asset classes ranging from residential, retail and employment land.
