Evan joined Benchmark Realty Advisors in early 2022 along with its founding members. Evan brings experience transacting within an array of asset classes with prior focused involvement on multifamily and industrial sales. Evan brings great enthusiasm and creativity to the brokerage when assisting with differing user requirements. Evan aims to continue advising clients with a variety of services and disciplines including, Investment Sales, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Asset Repositioning, Site Selection, and Leasing.
