
Evan Rose is a San Francisco, Bay Area based national industrial and office real estate investment specialist. Evan graduated from the University of California-Berkeley (CAL), with a B.A. in Political Science and was a member of the Varsity Men’s Tennis Team. Evan then subsequently began his career in commercial real estate assisting renown retail developer James Rosenfield and working specifically as an intern on the re-positioning of the Marin Country Mart Shopping Center in Larkspur, CA. After this one year paid internship, Evan started at Colliers International in Pleasanton, where he completed 46 lease and sales transactions in the Tri-Valley market. At Marcus & Millichap, Evan has specialized in the analysis and sales of leased office & industrial assets in the Bay Area and the West Coast. In 2019, Evan closed over $20 million in transactional volume. Evan has closed transactions in many Bay Area cities, specializing recently in the 880 corridor. Evan has worked with a diverse group of clients including institutional REITS, private equity, developers, 1031 Exchange investors, and value-add funds focused on infill West Coast industrial assets. Evan also specializes in underwriting these assets with the valuation tool Argus, assisting fund analysts in the underwriting process.
