Evan Richardson is a Senior Director of Investments in the Fort Lauderdale office of Marcus & Millichap. He is also a Director of the firm’s National Multi-Housing Division. Evan’s excellent understanding of investment real estate is a result of his nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2012 he has been involved in more than 150 transactions totaling nearly $500 million dollars in value. Evan and his team the Cunningham-Richardson Group specialize in assisting clients with the analysis, acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. Being a south Florida native, Evan has a deep understanding of the local real estate market which has enabled him to be an effective resource with the ability to consistently drive value for his clients through his careful attention to current market trends. Through his years of experience Evan has developed and maintained relationships with clients, not just in Florida, but throughout the United States.
