Evan Renwick

Evan Renwick is a Sales Representative on one of Western Canada’s top industrial teams at CBRE Limited, in Calgary. Working alongside Iain Ferguson, Luke Hamill, Cameron Woods and Blake Ellis, Evan focuses on occupier representation and mining Calgary's periphery markets for unique opportunities. Since joining CBRE in 2016, he has been involved in over 1,600,000 square feet of lease transactions, has become an active member of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee and has quickly established himself as a respected broker in the market. Evan holds an honours degree in economics from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, where he played NCAA Division 1 Hockey and went on to play professional hockey in Europe and North America. His competitive edge and loyal values can be attributed to his career as a hockey player, but directly translates into how he is able to build steadfast trust with his clients at CBRE. Starting out as a research analyst at NAI Advent in Calgary, Evan developed a strong understanding of market fundamentals, creating leverage for his clients within his role at CBRE.
