Evan Kline
Evan has extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage, leasing and acquisitions and related business operations. Evan joined NAI Shames Makovsky in March 2009 as Managing Broker. He was President of Sturm Realty Group where he was responsible for all operations of full service development and asset management organization. Sturm Realty Group managed over $20 million in redevelopment construction costs and completed over 150,000 sq. ft. in new leases with gross lease revenues exceeding $67 million in 18 months. He then actively invested and developed a variety of projects including an office and retail development in Colorado Springs, Colorado and investments in two large development projects in downtown Denver. Evan was associated with Frederick Ross Company from 1981 until 2006. He directed all operations and activities for the region’s largest full-service brokerage group including retail, office, and industrial leasing and sales; development projects; and related services. Evan was also one of the top performing brokers at Frederick Ross in retail leasing, land sales, office leasing, and industrial leasing/sales, and development projects. He has been actively involved in retail leasing, sales and development.
