Evan Hickok

Evan grew up in Southern California and attended Servite High School. He than attended the University of Alabama, majoring in Marketing and Real Estate. He started his Commercial Real Estate career as a broker in Downtown Long Beach specializing in Office Space, under the tutelage of two senior brokers. After some time in Long Beach Evan joined Penta Pacific in Santa Fe Springs, and now specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation for Industrial Warehouses in the Mid Counties area. Evan is a member of the AIR CRE NEXT class of 2025
