Evan Halkias was an Executive Director and co-leader of C&W’s Midwest Retail Capital Markets Team based in Chicago before coming to Nashville's office. With more than 19 years of experience, Evan has a retail specialty with a core focus in open-air shopping centers throughout the Midwest. Evan is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisor Group, which is a small contingent of agents across the country that lead client accounts on a national level. Evan and his team have facilitated more than $5 billion in capital markets transactions.
