Evan Cooper

Mr. Cooper has worked for AAG Management, Inc. and subsidiaries, since 1998. He is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person, holds a B.S. in Engineering from Boston University and has earned an M.B.A. from Monmouth University. He manages 67,000 sq. ft. of commercial office & retail space. Responsibilities include lease negotiations and preparation, tenant relations, office/building renovations, major capital improvements and all other aspects of building operations and maintenance. Mr. Cooper has extensive experience with property security, multiple local laws, including 5, 11 & 26, and is a specialist in project management, CAD, financial analysis and budgeting.
