Evan Algier

Evan Algier is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan Office, where he specializes in tenant representation services in the New York Metropolitan area. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in November of 2014, Evan has kept a strong focus on business development within a variety of industries including technology, media, entertainment, financial services, insurance, law and not-for-profit. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Evan practiced out of ABS Partner's Union Square office for approximately four years. While there, he successfully negotiated transactions in excess of $60M and played a crucial role in bringing some 600,000 square feet of office space to sub 5% vacancy. Most notably, Mr. Algier represented Varonis Systems in a three-fold, $40M expansion of nearly 50,000 square feet coinciding with the company’s 2014 IPO. Mr. Algier is originally from Poughkeepsie, NY and currently resides in Manhattan.
