Eva has more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience. She works in the Greater Toronto Area specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office, land and investment. Eva represents both landlords and tenants and is known for her long lasting and strong relationships with both. Eva has participated in transactions totaling more than 15 million square feet and valued at over $1 billion. Eva began her real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield where she was part of one of the most successful industrial brokerage teams in the Toronto Northeast market. In 2013, Eva joined Avison Young to assist the firm in building the company’s industrial services platform in the Toronto North market by bringing her extensive experience to the company.
