Ethan Hummel

Mr. Ethan Hummel is a Texas-licensed real estate professional and proud Texas A&M University alumnus (B.S., Agricultural Economics—Finance & Real Estate). As a member of Black Label Commercial Group, he brings a full-cycle perspective across development, investment, and brokerage. Before joining Black Label, he oversaw commercial projects at Stratton Development & Construction. Driven by a lifelong passion for real estate and development, he earned his license at a young age and set ambitious goals from the start. He has brokered millions of dollars in transactions spanning land acquisitions, commercial buildings, and luxury homes, and serves as president of a private real estate investment company. Focused on client relationships, five-star service, market insight, and clear communication, he pursues projects that create lasting community impact and foster repeat client relationships. Outside of work, he prioritizes faith, family, and fitness—and you’ll often find him outdoors
