Throughout her career, Ms. S. Esther Zar has completed millions of square feet of office, retail leasing and sales transactions. She has extensive experience in both Landlord and Tenant representation, representing noteworthy tenants in the technology, professional services, food services, fashion, creative and nonprofit sector. She has represented noteworthy buildings such as 850 Third Avenue, 1412 Broadway, 485 Seventh Avenue, 295 Madison Avenue, 60 Madison Avenue, 101 Fifth Avenue, and 155 Fifth Avenue. Since her start in the business in 2005, Ms. Zar has consistently won the top producer award at her previous firms for every consecutive year. During her time at MHP Real Estate Services, Ms. Zar was named as one of “20 to watch in 2012” by The Commercial Observer, a preeminent periodical in New York real estate and was named by the New York Real Estate Journal in honoring Women in Real Estate. In subsequent years, Ms. Zar was honored as one of the “Top Women in Real Estate.” At MHP, she has also won the “Rising Star” award, as well as the top two producer awards at the annual MHP broker award ceremony for her performance. She also earned the annual Costar "Power Broker" award in 2019. S. Esther Zar is fluent in Farsi and Hebrew.
