Ernest Hueter has been engaged in commercial real estate for the past 35 years. He has specialized in retail leasing and sales. Representing Landlords, he has developed marketing strategies to attain the most desired tenant mix at the highest achievable rents. On behalf of tenants, he has performed market analysis in creating expansion programs designed to maximize sales. Both disciplines required lease negotiations to be successful to insure success for his clients. Affiliations and Organizations Ernest is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, past Chairman of the Economic Development Advisory Committee to the Town of Warrenton, previously a member of Montgomery County Restaurant and the District of Columbia Restaurant Associations, Fauquier Chamber of Commerce, Greater Warrenton Chamber of Commerce, Vice-President of the Piedmont Symphony Orchestra and past Chairman of the Virginia Regional Therapeutic Riding Program. Education Ernest is a graduate of the College of Business Administration, School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Denver.
