Erin Moran

I joined JLL in 2020 and is based in the firm’s MetroPark, NJ office. I am able to share nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience and relationships with my clients to add value to the leasing process and with JLL's extensive platform of services - workplace strategy, project management, financial consulting, and facility/property management - I'm able to help clients make informed real estate decisions. Prior to joining JLL, I spent nearly 16 years on the in-house leasing team at Mack-Cali where I worked throughout the REIT’s suburban portfolio collaborating with a vertically integrated team of leasing, legal, architectural design, construction and property management to deliver superior service for tenants while enhancing the value of the portfolio. I began my career in commercial real estate as a broker in 2001 after spending time in other sales and marketing roles for companies including CBS and Merrill Lynch.
