Erin focuses on office and industrial investment sales advisory transactions in the Greater Minneapolis area. Throughout the course of her career, Erin has advised office owners and investors on repositioning and redevelopment strategies for more than 20 million square feet of real estate across office and industrial property types. Prior to joining JLL in March 2022, Erin worked as a Principal at a national brokerage firm, leading the downtown Minneapolis office leasing team and increasing the firm’s market share while at the helm. There, she was also instrumental in leading her team to rise to the top in the market. She is an active member of numerous philanthropic and community organizations, including the ALS Association and the Education Committee for NAIOP.
