Erika Curran

Erika is a licensed realtor in New York State, who has extensive experience in construction management, real-estate sales, development and management. She has participated in projects funded through the Federal Home Loan Bank, NYS Affordable Housing Corporation, New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and USDA, Rural Development. Ms. Curran has been trained and is knowledgeable in Fair Housing and Accessibility. She maintains a regular presence at all our properties and ensures that rigorous quality control measures are carried out by site staff. Erika is a graduate from Erie Community College with an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Science (1999) and has her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Medaille College (2006).
