Erik Toll is Vice President in CBRE’s Colorado office, where he leads the Private Client team with partners Spencer Bradley and Charlie Mitelhaus. A fifth generation Coloradoan, Mr. Toll’s market familiarity and deep-seated relationships allow him to consistently outperform client expectations and rank among the region’s top multifamily producers. With an emphasis on Central Denver multifamily investment sales, he is involved in all aspects of the marketing process, including asset valuation, client and prospect relations, contract negotiations, and closings. Prior to pursuing commercial real estate brokerage in 2016, Mr. Toll held various roles in the physical commodity trading space with MarkWest Energy Partners (MPLX LP) and CAET Global, in Austin, Texas.
