Transaction management expert specializing in global advisory & transaction services.
Erik Simper specializes in global account strategy and execution. He fills a leadership role on Salt Lake City’s market-leading Global Advisory and Transaction Services team, which services global companies with site locations throughout the world. Erik speaks Spanish and has serviced a diverse set of global organizations, including specialty retailers, non-profit organizations, funeral home operators, the mining and drilling industry, and travel centers. Since joining CBRE in 2014, Erik has worked directly with his clients to achieve many notable outcomes, some of which include: Helping a client consolidate service providers, yielding a 4x increase in total value added relative to prior service provider model, acting as an in-house site selection project manager to help manage a spike in the client’s workload, the finalization of a five-year consolidation strategy of one client’s global headquarters site, and acquisitions of dozens of highly confidential special purpose sites. Erik has helped create and foster a culture of respect, transparency, accountability, outstanding client service delivery, and appreciation on his team. He believes firmly in a positive workplace experience for each of his team members. Erik obtained an MBA from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
