Erik Pentland

Erik joined Seagate Properties in 2004 and has been active in the leasing underwriting and management of urban and suburban office properties valued at over $1.2 billion. As Principal, Erik now has direct responsibility for asset management, lease oversight, and construction management, including relationships with third party brokers and vendors. Prior to joining Seagate, Erik was an Assistant Vice President with Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group, responsible for the leasing and marketing of the Transamerica Pyramid and Aegon / Transamerica’s San Francisco office portfolio. Erik is a licensed real estate sales person in California and a member of the Urban Land Institute. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
