Erik Heltne

Erik Heltne joined the Avison Young Minneapolis office in 2018 as a Senior Associate Office Broker. He focuses on the Southwest and West suburban market, representing institutional & local office landlords. Prior to joining Avison Young, he worked at CBRE for five years as an associate broker. Erik started his Commercial Real Estate career with Cassidy Turley, a Saint Louis, Missouri-based company, assisting tenants and landlords in the Minneapolis CBD with their lease negotiations. When Erik is not in the office, you can find him at the family cabin in Crosslake, MN, on the golf course or spending time with his wife, Meghan chasing around their three young boys.
