Erik Hector

Erik Hector graduated from Florida State University. After a start in consulting and banking, he founded Keystone Consulting Group in 1991, one of the most respected privately-owned consultancies on the East Coast. Erik has constructed and developed a variety of residential and commercial properties with an emphasis on retail properties while serving as a Development Officer for a premier national development company. His professional designations include CCIM, CRE, FRICS, and MAI. He is a licensed General Builder in the state of Florida, as well as a licensed real estate broker in both North Carolina and Florida.
