Erik Blais joined Bradford Companies in 2011 and serves as Senior Vice President for the firms office division, specializing in office project leasing in the Arlington/Mid-Cities, and Greater Dallas submarkets. Additionally, Erik’s responsibilities include new business development, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition advisory services. Erik has over seventeen (17) years of commercial brokerage experience and since 2013 has completed over 300 transactions totaling over $100 million in value. Erik is a licensed salesperson with the Texas Real Estate Commission and a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
