Erik Anderson is Senior Managing Director in Newmark's San Diego office. He has garnered recognition for his contributions in successfully closing transactions for some of Southern California's most recognizable private and middle-market investors. He was honored as a recipient of the '40 Next Top Business Leaders Under Forty' award by the San Diego Business Journal. Beyond his professional endeavors, Erik actively engages with the San Diego community. He has contributed his time and expertise by serving on the Developing Leaders board for NAIOP San Diego and affiliating with ULI.
