Erick joined South Park Group after earning his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2019. As a key member of the Acquisition and Development team, he leverages his deep understanding of local markets and real estate finance to source, evaluate and manage new development opportunities. His interest in all aspects of commercial real estate, including brokerage, development, and asset management, allows him to add value and deliver results for our clients, investors and tenants. Overall, Erick is driven by a desire to positively impact local communities through thoughtful development projects that serve investors and end users alike.
