Erica Miles

Erica obtained her real estate license in 2019 and quickly rose to the top among agents. She fell in love with real estate as a child watching her father build homes, took architecture classes as a young adult, managed multiple general contractor offices for years before finally deciding to obtain her real estate license. Her clients benefit from her background as well as her professional contacts which include attorneys, contractors, finance professionals, investors, surveyors, soil scientists, inspectors, photographers, and local government officials. She is currently a standing member of the Walton-Barrow Board of Realtors, elected as the Mayor Pro-Tem for The City of Walnut Grove, and served on the Alliance Leadership Council. She is also involved and volunteers in the Walton County School District.
