Eric Wold
Eric began his career in hospitality in 2011 working at a hotel in New Zealand with a variety of roles including guest relations, housekeeping and food & beverage. He graduated from the University of Maine with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and worked for 9 years in building systems engineering in New York City and in Los Angeles. He was responsible for a team designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for large scale commercial buildings including numerous high-rise hotels. He then joined Amber in a brokerage role working on a wide variety of hotel transactions. As a hospitality specialist Eric's thorough and attentive approach helps clients achieve maximum value for their assets. Eric currently resides with his wife and daughter in Ventura.
