Eric Wohl

As an Executive Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, Eric Wohl specializes in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of NNN retail investments and shopping centers nationwide. Eric has achieved record prices for his clients through his extensive market knowledge, comprehensive property analysis, aggressive marketing strategies, and excellent industry relationships. Eric has attained success while amassing an impressive resume of retail investment sales by personally closing $950 million in retail transactions nationwide over the last 14 years. Eric has constructed and maintained an extensive nationwide database of real estate industry professionals with clientele that includes investors, developers, institutions, real estate investment trusts (REITs), franchisees, and 1031 exchange buyers. In 2015, Eric was promoted to Executive Vice President for his exceptional performance in retail investment sales at Hanley Investment Group. In 2014 Eric was recognized in Real Estate Forum magazine’s “50 Under 40” as one of the “Best & Brightest Young Professionals in Commercial Real Estate” in the country. Eric’s dedication and fortitude has earned him Hanley Investment Group’s “Top Producer Award” in 2006, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014 and most recently in 2015. In 2007 and 2009, Eric was recognized in Real Estate Southern California magazine’s “30 Under 30” cover story as one of the “Young Professionals on the Rise” in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Hanley Investment Group, Eric was an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he was one of the top brokers in the Newport Beach office from 2003-2004. Eric’s hard work and tenacity as a rookie earned him a spot as one of the Top 10 Brokers in the Newport Beach office in 2004, and a candidate for National Rookie of the Year. Eric graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Real Estate. He has a professional affiliation with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the International Franchise Association, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Eric lives in Newport Beach with his wife and their daughter. His weekends are reserved for family, friends, surfing and tennis.
