Eric Washle joined Coldwell Banker Commercial SC in 2019 and currently serves as Senior Vice President. Eric specializes in land transactions throughout the Inland Empire and San Diego County where he assists clients in the disposition, acquisition, and assemblage of their land and investment assets and transacts a diverse asset class from agriculture and conservation sites to commercial, industrial, and residential master planned community developments. Eric has completed real estate transactions valued in excess of $100,000,000 and is committed to providing excellent customer service and expertise in market knowledge as part of the next generation of the real estate industry. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawaii where he majored in Geography with minors in Business and Spanish.
