Eric Unatin

Eric Unatin specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout the State of Michigan and country. In 2005, Eric joined Armada Real Estate Services and quickly rose to the top of the company not only from high level production but also by helping grow the business platform to a new level of prominence in metro Detroit. During his career at Armada, he gained extensive experience in an array of product types including strip centers, ground-up projects, power centers, big box dispositions and anchored centers. In 2016, Eric joined Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. Some of Eric’s career highlights include being recognized by The Costar Group as a Power Broker since 2008. He was responsible and instrumental in the storing strategy and rollout of over 125 Massage Green Spa stores across the country which led to being named the Director of Real Estate for the company in 2014 until 2019. Eric currently works on investment sales, product leasing and tenant representation. He is actively working throughout Michigan with his clients who range from private local companies to institutional landlords and REITS. Eric also represents Ace Hardware, Comcast Cable Corporation, Blink Fitness, The Cellular Connection (TCC), Shoppers World, SLT, Bibibop, Charley’s Philly Cheese Steaks, Big Blue Swim School and Deka Lash. Eric attended Michigan State University majoring in political science/pre law and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
