Eric Thomas

The lead Associate Broker for The Thomas Group by LoKation Real Estate began his real estate career early on by obtaining his license in Arizona back in 2016. He immediately got to work in the multi-family commercial real estate market in the entirety of the Phoenix Metropolitan area with Marcus & Millichap. He was the youngest graduate of the training program by 5 years and within 30 days of launching as an associate had won $4M in apartment listings. Shortly after his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, he was asked by local CRE business leaders to help build out a vertically integrated, boutique brokerage’s multifamily department which was later coined Taylor Street Real Estate. After taking on this task, he managed multiple agents while brokering upwards of $30M in private capital apartment sales. He later went on to found Terex Investment Services, a renewable energy origination and brokerage platform that was later acquired by EOS Land Holdings, a private capital land acquisition and development company. Eric soon became the Managing Director of the acquisitions and investments side of the company, spearheading all deal and legal negotiations as well overseeing all sales operations. Under his watch, EOS secured over $50M+ in land option contracts. After deploying EOS Land Holdings’ fund requirements, Eric obtained his Colorado Real Estate Associate Broker License to start The Thomas Group by LoKation Real Estate and his MLO License to start TTG Lending by Morty Inc. Although fully licensed in Colorado, Eric plans to immediately expand his advisory services to Texas, Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico.
