Eric Termansen

Eric Termansen founded Western Retail Advisors in 2000 after an extensive career in corporate real estate. He has since completed transactions throughout the western United States valued at more than $2.5 billion for WRA clients, including Target, Harkins Theatres, and PetSmart. In addition, Eric has managed distribution center strategies, consulted on strategic acquisitions and completed over $180 million in sale leaseback transactions. Eric‘s experience spans nearly two decades in retail brokerage services, corporate real estate and retail development.
