Eric Starker

Eric Starker is the founder of Starker Commercial Realty LLC. He has been a licensed full-service real estate professional in New Jersey since 2010. Eric specializes in sales and leasing of medical/general office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as, land and restaurant acquisitions and dispositions, and 1031 exchanges. He manages a diverse portfolio and represents both sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants. Eric has worked with investment groups, national retailers, and large hospitals giving him a strong understanding of the Central New Jersey marketplace. Eric was involved in selling/leasing over $100 million of real estate and currently represents several hundred thousand square feet. He completed one of the largest sales in Manalapan, NJ in 2018. Eric brings hard work, creativity, and his availability to clients. Eric has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with concentrations in economics, finance, and accounting.
