Eric Scardo

Eric joins Lee & Associates Greenville / Spartanburg following 5 years of experience in Land Development Consulting. He started his career in Bonita Springs, Florida at Waldrop Engineering, P.A., and in Spartanburg, SC at Seamon Whiteside & Associates. With a professional emphasis in Landscape Architecture, Eric has a keen design eye when it comes to programming and developing a site. He has aided in the permitting and design process with over 120 land sites, ranging from 400 acres to less than 1 acre, across 7 States. Eric is thrilled to join a team with perennial top producer and costars Adam Padgett, SIOR, and Matt Roos, MBA. Eric brings a strong design background with extensive upstate land development code knowledge and diversified site design experience. In a time of unprecedented low land inventory, Eric’s expertise and creativity creates new development opportunities which could otherwise be overlooked. In his free time, Eric enjoys spontaneous adventures, college football, and golf. He loves developing new connections in Spartanburg as a Development Committee Member for Spartanburg Young Professionals. Furthermore, stemming from his Landscape Architecture background, Eric has a professional hobby in Landscape Design – where he helps residential clients translate space into place.
