Eric Sapoznik has commercial real estate in his blood. After years of working in IT and other offices, retail, and warehouse jobs, Eric is well-suited to assist his clients in finding all types of business space. Growing up, his dad Alberto, who has been in the industry for over 35 years, always told him great things about the commercial real estate industry. Alberto started 1st Global Realty to focus on the tenants and buyers looking to find or purchase business space because he realized that this sector of the market always needed the most assistance, and they didn’t even realize it. Eric has dedicated himself to learning the industry from the ground up and works with business owners looking for their next business space and property owners looking to buy, sell, or find tenants for their properties. Eric is a key member of multiple networking groups, business organizations and Chambers of Commerce and has made it a point to build a team of referral partners all around town to best assist his clients when they need it. Eric loves to assist his friends, family, clients, and colleagues in any way that he can and is dedicated to helping others.
