Eric Rogosch

Eric Rogosch joined SVN | The Equity Group in 2021 as a Vice President of Retail Services. Eric has called Las Vegas home since 1992 and brings a vast knowledge of Las Vegas and surrounding areas to his clients. Throughout his career, Eric has worked with local developers and private individuals, as well as institutional and corporate owners. Eric diligently works alongside his clients to identify their real estate needs, his attention to detail and responsiveness provides a highly personal service to ensure that his clients’ objectives are promptly met. Eric is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He provides brokerage services, including Landlord and Tenant representation, leasing, owner-user sales, investment sales, site selection, contract negotiations, and more.
