Eric Rinestone

Mr. Rinestone has been involved in hard money lending, mortgage brokering, real estate leasing and finance, and his marketing and real estate experience covers many diverse areas. He acquired knowledge of real estate and finance to develop skills that are used to underwrite hard money loans and value real estate. As Vice President of WPS since 1990, Eric has been involved in marketing and leasing over 2 million square feet of real estate and is involved in acquisitions and development. Mr. Rinestone received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego. he holds an Arizona Real Estate Sales License and an Arizona Mortgage Broker License.
