Eric Ridlehoover

Eric is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Services Team which provides a wide range of real estate services to tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. Eric is a trusted partner to his clients and is well versed in all aspects of industrial real estate with a specialty in delivering integrated real estate solutions to corporate occupiers and institutional landlords. Eric has over 16 years of industrial brokerage experience and has completed more than 1,500 lease and sales transactions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Eric was a Partner and Managing Director at Foundry Commercial, a Southeast regional development and brokerage services firm, where he worked with the Industrial Services Group, focusing on the leasing and sales of Class A industrial facilities, development projects, tenant representation and industrial building and land sales. Eric got his start in commercial real estate with Beacon Partners, a premier Charlotte based developer, where he was responsible for leasing industrial, flex and suburban office product, before moving into brokerage working for Cassidy Turley followed by Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer.
