Eric Neiman

Eric Neiman joined Avison Young in 2015 as a Research Analyst for the New Jersey market. In this role, Mr. Neiman is responsible for the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of market research data. He prepares market analyses including economic overviews, market area highlights, forecasting, and data analysis. Additionally, Mr. Neiman works closely with brokers to address their research needs and prepares project specific reports for client presentations. Prior to joining Avison Young full time, Mr. Neiman was an intern with the company. Mr. Neiman has also previously held internship positions in the financial services industry.
