Eric Neilson

Eric Neilson is the broker and owner of UC Commercial Properties, UC Ranch Properties, and United Country - Milestone Realty & Development with his offices in Manhattan, Salina, and Hays. He currently serves as the President of the Kansas Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute and is the National Chair for UC Commercial Properties, serving as an advocate and expert for commercial agents within United Country. As part of the largest land sales company in the U.S., Eric specializes in finding the right properties and in finding ways to have those properties be improved through collaborating with local, regional, and state governments to navigate future development needs, infrastructure planning, and zoning adaptations.
