Eric graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.S. in Professional Golf / Resort Management and quickly realized he’d rather be the member than the pro and changed paths to start his career in corporate sales. Over the past 10 years he’s closed over $150MM in Technology sales with customers ranging from Fortune 12 to SMB. His innate passion for problem solving, diverse experiences, and entrepreneurial spirit shifted his focus real estate investments as a secondary stream. Maintaining an attention to detail and work ethic some might call “disgusting”, anyone who knows him well calls it “normal”.
