Eric Moore

Eric B. Moore is an Executive Vice President in Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Eric advises corporate, institutional, and nonprofit clients on leasing, capital markets transactions, and portfolio strategy. His background includes extensive experience in office tenant representation, as well as agency leasing, investment sales, and complex transaction advisory. Prior to joining Stream, Eric served as a Principal at Avison Young. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he has completed more than 10 million square feet of transactions across the West Coast.
