Eric Luhrsen

Eric focuses on the sale of net leased assets with an emphasis on childcare centers throughout the United States. He leverages his expertise and knowledge of the childcare industry to create value for his clients over the course of time. Eric is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where received his MBA in Applied Management as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. While at Eastern Illinois, he was a 4 year letterman on the Varsity Football team, where he participated on 2 OVC Championship teams.
