Eric Grad

Eric brings over 18 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate, distinguishing himself as a seasoned professional, broker and capital markets veteran. Grad will play a key role in spearheading the growth, recruitment, and development of WCRE New York. Prior to joining WCRE, Eric was a Vice President at Colliers International, where he closely collaborated with owners on investment sales, refinances and lease referrals nationwide. Before his tenure at Colliers, he served as an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap. Eric began his career in New York as an Investment Banking Analyst for BNP Paribas, where he participated in several debt issuances, recapitalizations and liquidity events.
