Eric J. Gold is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and principal owner of Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. Since 1986, Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc has been recognized as a perennial leader in representing tenants, buyers, and sellers of commercial real estate across Colorado’s Front Range. A Denver resident since 1971, Eric is well versed in the Denver Metropolitan Area and its real estate market. With his extensive knowledge and experience in working with the real estate community and his systematic approach to problem-solving, Eric is able to give tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers up-to-the-minute analyses of the Denver real estate market. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Eric is an active member of Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers and a senior instructor for Armbrust Real Estate Institute instructing the Colorado Real Estate Commission mandatory annual update course and advanced commercial contracts course. Eric was a member of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies educational task force for the Colorado Real Estate Commission from 2013 to 2017 and is frequently called upon as an expert witness in commercial real estate litigation. Eric is a published author, having numerous articles on commercial real estate published in the Denver Business Journal and Colorado Real Estate Journal.
