Eric Garfield is an Executive Managing Director within the Valuation & Advisory (V&A) Group at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Garfield is the firm’s US Lead for Trusts & Estates valuations. His focus is on valuation for estate planning, non-cash charitable contribution/donation and financial reporting. He has qualified as an expert witness in Superior Court and clientele include REITs, attorneys, trusts and CPAs / Auditors. Mr. Garfield’s background and experience supports the firm’s existing platform and promotes greater efficiency in valuations for estate planning, and financial reporting, providing clients with high-quality appraisals, particularly on complex assets and portfolios. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Garfield was with Andersen Tax, LLC where he was a Managing Director and National Partner-In-Charge of Tangible Asset Valuation. He previously served as the Vice President at FMV Opinions, Inc., and began his career as a valuation specialist at KPMG LLP. Designated Member, Appraisal Institute. As of the current date, Eric B.
