Eric joined the company in 2003 as a leasing agent and immediately found himself at home in the position. With over 15 years of experience in real estate management and sales, Eric is now the leasing manager and handles onboarding new owners and properties, marketing, leasing, inspections, and project development. Finding a creative approach to help owners develop a comprehensive strategy to reach their investment property goals is his strong suit. Eric is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager, as well as Certified Apartment Manager.
