Eric Eklund

Mr. Eric Eklund has been involved in commercial real estate since 1994 and prior to joining Prism Realty in 2003 served as Vice President of Acquisitions for PM Realty Advisors in Newport Beach covering Southern California, Atlanta, Texas and Boston and as Vice President for AEW Capital Management in Los Angeles responsible for acquisitions in Southern California and separately for asset management of a 2 million square foot portfolio of eleven industrial properties in Southern California, Phoenix and Las Vegas. While at PM Realty Advisors and AEW Capital Management, Mr. Eklund completed over $130 million of retail, office and industrial transactions comprising more than 2.1 million square feet of core-plus and joint-venture opportunities located in Southern California, Atlanta, Austin, and Dallas.
