Senior Associate in Investment Sales at RIPCO Real Estate
Eric Delafraz is Senior Associate in the Investment Sales group at RIPCO Real Estate. He started at RIPCO in December 2021 as the Analyst for the Investment Sales team, specializing in underwriting and valuation modeling to create the most accurate analyses relevant to the current market. His position propelled to Senior Analyst in October 2022, where he oversaw and trained the junior analyst and Associates. In February of 2023, Eric entered his current role as Senior Associate, where his focuses include the disposition and execution of middle market and outer borough sales. Eric has a background in multifamily development, acquisitions, management, and syndications, totaling over $20 Million in asset transactions. Prior to joining RIPCO, Eric oversaw and grew a family real estate portfolio from 2 to 8 assets under management: including raw land, multifamily, office, retail, and residential properties. Before this, Eric was an asset manager at Foxfield Real Estate, overseeing $2+ billion in AUM.
