Eric Dakin

Prior to founding Dakin & Dakin Commercial Real Estate Services in 2016, Eric was a Senior Associate with Colliers International - Fairfield starting in 2007, focusing on office and industrial properties. Eric also has experience as an Economic Development professional and spent the early part of his career as a Research Analyst giving him a well-rounded, diverse, and expert perspective on the many facets of the commercial real estate markets and best practice methods in assisting clients well beyond traditional real estate transactions. Eric specializes in the leasing and sale of office, R&D, industrial, and land product and tenant types. Whether it includes lease evaluation, site selection, acquisition, disposition, consulting, broker's opinion of value, or business incentive programs; Eric has found a true passion for helping clients realize their growth expectations and real estate goals. Eric graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science.
